Obviously the 'spirit soul' of beings is in "movement" ( though not perceptible, tangibly) and that's why it propels and causes  the physio , electro and chemical functioning of beings to Continue even while they are in rest Sleep.

This "Movement of spirit soul" is referred as "frequency charge /Silent but Influencing tune " and influences the Physicality based upon its Purity quotient (/Love for Truth/ God)
