Beings are designed towards Association

Connecting:

Inter (others) and Intra( with self, god,  associates) Associations are based upon Shared beliefs, Absence of conflict (now , potential)  and Disagreeing aggreeably;

When Individual and  groups are in conflict, the Concerns would involve :

Agreement reasons and Causes of disagreement and their proportion,

Whether a Reconciliation is possible (based upon negotiables and non negotiables),

When the default group wants to repent, the truer group allows for it, and based upon depth of pain (&loss) and ability , could associate again ,

Some disagreements are irreconcilable, and no association is preferable,

Restitution is made by mediator or even a truer entity who take on the role Voluntarily,

A schedule within which Resolution occurs is essential

All these referred herein  affirm Truth, retain a Morale for existence and curb loss from conflicts

( now and in future).

Unless Principles of Interaction are complied with, and due repentance, just restitution and desire for any or continued Association exists, Relationship is not possible.
