Love is God Being and His performance that sustains Eternally.

LOVE influences Choices, Magnetism attract repel, Oneness ( levels, apartness, reconciliation, future Sharing prospects), Plans and Purposes.
All chemical, physio, electromagnetic and Bonding forces are Affected by Love and it's Quality .

While certain arenas are Instinctive ( originated /associated with creator as parent, genetics, natural parents) in normal beings (ex.  Inability to tolerate a certain tone, frequency, odour, taste, sight , touch pain level and thought), some Responses are learnt.
